Serving Luminaries Avatar Call Center is a full-fledged, 100-seat offshore business process outsourcing (BPO) contact centre, handling inbound and outbound call centre services, customer support services, data entry, content writing , data processing services, and technical support process outsourcing services as per the client requirements.
What makes us stand-out from the rest?
We first emerged as an online education platform, tutoring online Arab nationals and South Korean students in the English language beginning 2010. Two years after, we shifted to the business process outsourcing and first handled the sound board technology, commonly known as ‘avatar technology”, thus, our company name SL Avatar.
Our hiring process is stringent to ensure that we get the best quality candidates for our clients and to meet their demands and qualifications. All our candidates undergo in-house rigid trainings as a pre-qualification process in language proficiency, excellent customer service course, sales negotiating skills course, technical training and tests on typing speed skills specially for non-voice accounts. Grammar skills is also included in our courses specially for those who will handle chat support accounts, effective listening techniques and listening comprehension. This pre-training ground prepares our candidates to be excellent individuals before they are presented for online training with our client companies and remain longer with us after being equipped with the knowledge and skills they are required of. This enables them to be more confident individuals who are ready to take on any responsibilities required by our client.
